Art Drop - Directional Code

“Directional Code” is a hand-drawn work created in black archival ink liner and watercolor marker on white paper. Like much of my artwork, it emerged without pre-planning—built line by line in a state of intuitive improvisation, more jazz than blueprint.

What began as a solitary exploration of motion, rhythm, and asymmetry evolved into something glyphic—structured yet mysterious, like a diagram of psychic movement or an imagined architecture of meaning.

This piece sits at the intersection of postmodern abstraction, visionary symbolism, and retro-psychedelic design. Its directional flow and layered geometry feel both instructional and elusive—inviting the viewer to sense rather than decode.

The Medium

Archival black liner + watercolor marker

Scanned and digitally preserved

No color correction or cleanup—evidence of the hand remains

This preservation of imperfection is intentional. In a digital world, there's something grounding in seeing the slight shifts of pressure, the lived gesture of the line.

The Vibe

Retro-futurist schematics

Psychedelic signal diagrams

Visionary blueprints

Abstract motion glyphs

Whether you see an arrow, an antenna, or a message from the subconscious, this piece invites open interpretation.
